Assignment Capsule
Company success in a competitive marketplace requires focused alignment of human capital strategy and business strategy. The Human Capital Consultant collaborates with business leaders and HR shared services to advance the business and build organizational capability through the assessment and deployment of talent. The Human Capital Consultant informs human capital plans and workforce plans and translates those plans into execution to enhance culture, talent mindset, and drive important business outcomes. The incumbent for this role will support our Green Bay Service Operations organization.

Role Essentials
- Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstration of progressive and strategic HR experience
- Strong business acumen
- Demonstrated track record of effectively identifying and closing strategic human performance gaps to create a strong talent mindset and positive impact to business goals and objectives

- Masters Degree
- Sound understanding of business principles, models, and concepts

You will report to a Human Capital Leader. This area is under the leadership of a Human Capital Business Leader.
